Dance Well-Being provides low impact/gentle/freestyle dance classes/performances in University City with deep breathing for gentle cardiovascular conditiong, to be at ease for relaxation, to enhance the overall health benefits, and to promote the grace to perform dance.
Instructor: A.V., B.A. in Dance from UCSD. Professional certificate in fitness instruction and health management from UCSD Extension. Former ballet dancer/instructor at CA community colleges, pre-professional ballet companies, and private dance studios in several states.
With some class parent/guardian/spouse/like dancers' help.
